ALERT: Some customers are receiving error messages after
they log on to our site. If you get an error message, you will need to
go into your web browser's preferences to remove the csmoorestudio.com
cookie. This should resolve the problem. In Firefox: Go
to Options, then click on the tab Privacy. The click the button that
says Show Cookies. Find csmoorestudio.com then click Remove Cookie. In Internet Explorer: Go
to Tools, then click the tab General. Under browsing history, select
the Settings button. Then select the "View Files" button. Find the
cookie for csmoorestudio.com and remove it (this can be done by right
clicking and selecting "delete.) If this does not resolve your problem, please email us at service@csmoorestudio.com and we will assist you further.
