I placed an order on your old website. How can I check on the status of my order?
  We are working on importing orders from the old website into this new site. In the meantime, you can look up your orders on our old web store: http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/csmoorestudiostore/Service

Or you can contact service@csmoorestudio.com if you have any questions about your order. We have records on all orders placed, including those from the old website. Be sure to include your order number (a 3 digit #) when you write.
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Contact service@csmoorestudio.com if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
How do I track my order?
