Clayburn Moore and Frank Frazetta collaborated on one of the most famous statues in the history of fantasy sculptures with Conan the Barbarian. In conjunction with Conan Properties and Frank Frazetta, Moore has done it again and the result is unforgettable. This massive, awe inspiring fine art bronze statue depicts a mounted Conan from the stunning painting by Frank Frazetta for the cover of Conan the Conqueror. At 18'' in length and approximately 15" tall, this 1/7 scale, monumental sculpture sits atop a rich polished marble base.

Each piece is produced in the traditional lost wax method and hand-finished with painstaking attention to detail, and include sophisticated patinas.

PAYMENT PLAN: If you select the payment plan option, your order will be divided into 6 payments of $991.00 (first payment is made at time of preorder). Subsequent payments will be collected monthly based on the date the order was placed, with the 6th payment being collected when the item is completed. What is an Artist Proof? The term Artist Proof (AP) originated when prints were done as lithographs-drawing done in grease pencil on stone, hence the name "litho" for stone and "graph" for writing. The AP was done as the artist printed the edition. It took several prints for the stone to properly take the ink and those first prints are Artist Proofs. Later, when paintings were done as prints, the first ones were taken off the presses for the artist to check and those were reserved for the artist as...yes, Artist Proofs.

In the fine art bronze statue market, Artist Proofs have become known as a more limited subset of a bronze edition. These APs are personally inspected by the sculptor, and the first AP sets the look for the entire numbered edition. The Conan the Conqueror Bronze Statue Artist Proofs will be numbered AP I, AP II, AP III, AP IV, AP V, and AP VI, and each will include a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Clayburn Moore.
