BRONZE STATUE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BRONZE STATUE AND LIFE-SIZE RESIN STATUE ORDERS
Bronze statues and life-size resin statues are special order items that are made to order. When you order a bronze statue or a life-size resin statue, you are making a commitment to purchase this item. Deposits are non-refundable, and orders may not be cancelled unless the item ships 120 days after the originally listed ship date.

BRONZE STATUE AND LIFE-SIZE RESIN STATUE PAYMENT PLAN
  • The CS Moore Studio Ltd Bronze and Life-Size Resin Payment Plan allows customers to pay for an item in six payments. The first payment is made at the time of order. The remaining balance is then divided into five payments, which are collected from the customer at monthly intervals based on the order date.
  • The sixth (final) payment will also have applicable sales tax (MD & TX residents) and shipping charges added to the payment. Customers will be notified of the amount of their final payment via email approximately one week prior to the final payment being charged. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that The CS Moore Studio Ltd. is kept up to date on any changes to a customer's email address.
  • Payment Plan items ship upon receipt of the final payment. For preorder items, final payment will not be collected until the item is ready to ship.
  • If a customer uses a credit card for the Payment Plan, his/her card will be charged automatically for each payment at one month intervals. Customer will be notified prior to each payment charge. Payment may be collected up to five business days after the scheduled payment date. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment amount. The CS Moore Studio Ltd. is not responsible for fees a customer incurs from his/her financial institution as a result of insufficient funds.
  • Customers will receive a courtesy notification by email prior to the 2nd-6th payment collection date. Customers will also be notified by email each time a payment is successfully or unsuccessfully collected. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that The CS Moore Studio Ltd. is kept up to date on any changes to a customer's email address. Customers are also encouraged to put service@csmoorestudio.com in their email program's list of "safe" email addresses so that emails are not marked as SPAM.
  • Customers who pay for a Payment Plan item with PayPal or check/money order are responsible for making their payments according to the posted schedule.
  • Customers who fail to make a payment within fifteen days of the posted payment date may have their order canceled and all monies retained at the discretion of The CS Moore Studio Ltd. 
  • Customers who elect to cancel a Bronze Payment Plan item PRIOR to 50% of funds being collected will have any monies collected to that point refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee which covers administrative costs related to the Payment Plan program. Customers who cancel a Bronze order AFTER the bronze has been put into production (when 50% of funds were collected) will lose the 50% deposit as it is non-refundable. Any funds paid above that amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • Partial payments will not be accepted for Payment Plan items (example, if payment #2 is scheduled for $500.00, customer cannot pay $50.00 for payment #2 and the remaining $450.00 at a later date.) The full payment must be made within fifteen days of the posted payment date. This is to keep the Payment Plan process streamlined.
  • Payment Plan orders may not be transferred to another party.
